Abstract:
The present invention provides a lost property management operation system (1) and a control method therefor, the lost property management operation system (1) comprising: a luggage tag (10) provided with an optical tag (15) on one surface thereof and attachable to a luggage carrier of a user; a luggage tag user terminal (20) that can extract access information (access link) about the luggage tag (10) through the optical tag (15) of the luggage tag (10) and transmit tag unique information of a luggage tag user by using the access information; a lost property management operation server (30) that matches and stores the tag unique information transmitted from the luggage tag user terminal (20) in a corresponding database assigned to the corresponding luggage tag; and a finder terminal (40) that, if the luggage carrier is lost and then found, receives lost property processing information for processing the luggage carrier as a lost property by being connected to the lost property management operation server (30) through the optical tag (15) of the luggage tag (10).
