Abstract:
Disclosed is a management system for a restaurant cold store. The management system comprises: RFID tags (1), with each RFID tag (1) having a unique electronic code and being able to be attached to a material; an RFID reader (2), the RFID reader (2) being used for reading data from the RFID tags (1); a store door switch sensing device (3), the store door switch sensing device (3) being used for monitoring the state of a store door of a cold store, thereby triggering the RFID reader (2) to read the data from the RFID tags (1) when the store door is closed so as to automatically trigger a stock count; and a computer system (4), the computer system (4) storing inventory data of materials in the cold store, wherein when the store door switch sensing device (3) detects that the store door of the cold store is closed, the computer system (4) updates the inventory data according to the data obtained by the RFID reader (2). With the help of RFID technology, the system realizes the counting and update of inventory data of a restaurant cold store, so that accurate inventory data of a cold store can be obtained in real time, and an inventory adjustment strategy can be quickly made.
