The present invention relates to a management system for searching for a subject of protection, the system: allowing a guardian to recognize the disappearance location of a missing subject of protection if the subject of protection goes missing; providing guidance, on the basis of a map, so as to enable the missing subject of protection to be searched for; providing guidance, in real time, for the distance from the guardian up to the place at which the subject of protection is located, if the subject of protection is within the management range of the guardian; dividing and setting a measurable length range of the subject of protection moving together with the guardian as a plurality of sections and lengths on the basis of a moving pattern of the subject of protection, if the subject of protection is within the management range of the guardian; varying information guiding the guardian for each of the plurality of sections divided thereby so as to provide guidance such that the guardian recognizes the information, and thus can recognize and manage management rating information of each section according to distance; and transmitting the subject of protection's emergency information including an image of the subject of protection to a related organization of a corresponding administrative district belonging to an unidentified location of the subject of protection if the location of the subject of protection is not identified, thereby providing guidance such that the missing subject of protection can be searched for as quickly as possible.
