Abstract:
A maneuverable buoy with lower subplate consists of a large buoy, an upper deck supported above the large buoy by posts, a lower subplate connected underneath the large buoy by posts, some storerooms located between the large buoy and the upper deck, and some propellers with a duct located between the large buoy and the lower subplate. The large buoy is provided with a frame structure, fiberglass or metal plates fixed to the both side of the frame structure. Waterproof froth light weight material is filled between the plates. The maneuverability buoy is excellence in anti-sink, anti-rock and speediness, and is fit for inhabiting, working and recreating.
