Abstract:
Disclosed are a manganese zinc ferrite with a high negative-temperature magnetic permeability and a low high-temperature loss, and a preparation method therefor. The ferrite is composed of Fe2O3, MnO and ZnO, and an additive composed of CaCO3, ZrO2, Co2O3 and SnO2 is further added thereto. By rationally adjusting the three components Mn, Zn and Fe and appropriately increasing the content of Co in the additive, a manganese zinc ferrite material having both a high magnetic permeability and a low loss at approximately -20°C and still having a low loss at 120-140°C is obtained. The ferrite has two loss valley points at approximately -20°C and approximately 100°C in the temperature range of -30°C to 140°C, thereby widening the application range of the manganese zinc ferrite material.
