Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of magnetic materials. Disclosed are a manganese-zinc soft magnetic ferrite having a wide temperature range and high permeability for automotive electronics, and a preparation method therefor. The manganese-zinc soft magnetic ferrite having a wide temperature range and high permeability for automotive electronics comprises main components and auxiliary components. The main components comprise 53 mol% to 55 mol% of Fe2O3, and 16 mol% to 19 mol% of ZnO, with the balance being Mn3O4. According to the total weight of the main components, the auxiliary components comprise: 400 ppm to 1000 ppm of nano-CaCO3, 4000 ppm to 6000 ppm of nano-TiO2, 500 ppm to 2000 ppm of nano-Co2O3, 100 ppm to 350 ppm of nano-Nb2O5, 20 ppm to 150 ppm of nano-SiO2, and 0 ppm to 600 ppm of nano-CuO. According to the present invention, the manganese-zinc ferrite material obtained by means of suitable main components and nano-doping and by using jet milling and low-temperature sintering processes has the characteristics of wide temperature range and high permeability in the range of -40°C to +125°C, has better comprehensive magnetic properties, and is mainly used in the industry of automotive electronics.
