Crystal nails are used to extend and beautify natural nails. Crystal nails must be produced by a manicurist, and the process is cumbersome and time consuming. Provided in the present invention is a manicure machine for producing crystal nails and a method for using said manicure machine for implementing crystal nail manicure. The crystal nail manicure machine comprises a measuring module, the measuring module being capable of measuring the three dimensional shape of a nail; and comprising an additive module, the additive module being capable of generating a crystal nail on the nail surface and/or tip on the basis of the three dimensional shape of the nail. The crystal nail manicure method based on the crystal nail manicure machine comprises the steps: a) acquiring information of the three dimensional shape of a nail; b) determining at least one item of crystal nail shape information; c) on the basis of the information of the three dimensional shape of the nail and the at least one item of crystal nail shape information, generating additive control information; and d) on the basis of the additive control information, controlling an additive execution mechanism to execute an additive operation of the crystal nail.
