Abstract:
A manifold valve, comprising a body and drive parts for driving a plurality of valve elements installed in the body, the body further comprising a main flow passage side valve chamber and an auxiliary flow passage side valve chamber allowed to communicate with each other through a connection flow passage, a main flow passage communicating with a main flow passage side communication port provided at the bottom center of the main flow passage side valve chamber, a branch flow passage communicating with the main flow passage side valve chamber, and an auxiliary flow passage communicating with an auxiliary flow passage side communication port provided at the bottom center of the auxiliary flow passage side valve chamber, wherein an opening and closing valve element is installed in the main flow passage side communication port and the auxiliary flow passage side communication port, and the valve elements are driven by the drive parts.
