Abstract:
Parts of first and second joints (81, 82) projecting from manifold blocks both have a long cylindrical shape. When the first and second joints are seen from an axial direction, the short direction of the first and second joints coincides with the juxtaposing direction of the manifold blocks. A part of a tube insertion hole (97) is a long hole-like small-diameter hole (98). When the first and second joints are seen from the axial direction, the short direction of the small-diameter hole aligns with the short direction of the first and second joints.
