A manipulator includes a transmission device (32), a bracket (33), a card reader (31) and a photoelectric sensor (341, 342). The card reader (31) adjoins the bracket (33) and the transmission device (32) connects with the bracket (33). Said bracket (33) includes at least an upper bearing plate (331) and a lower bearing plate (332). The transmission device (32) provides the card with the moving power, and it includes a power supply (321), a transmission mould (322) and conveyer belts (323). The power supply (321) drives the conveyer belts (323) through the transmission mould (322), and the conveyer belts (323) are provided between the upper bearing plate (331) and the lower bearing plate (332). The conveyer belts (323) include two belts (323), each of which is respectively provided on the lateral side between the upper bearing plate (331) and the lower bearing plate (332). The manipulator also includes a bed frame (30), which can move relative to the bracket (33). The transmission device (32) also includes a solenoid valve (324), which is mounted on the base frame (30). The valve stem (328) of the solenoid valve (324) connects with the bracket (33) by a crank (320); the bracket (33) includes an upper bearing plate (331), a lower bearing plate (332) and a supporting plate (330). The supporting plate (330) fixedly connects with the upper bearing plate (331) or the lower bearing plate (332). The supporting plate (330) connects with the base frame (30) through track (22) and slider (21).
