Abstract:
Provided is a manipulator (1) that makes it possible to pull out a treatment tool (3) while at least a part of a tip section (31) is locked in a predetermined operation state and a drive section (2) and the treatment tool (3) are separated. The manipulator (1) is provided with an operation section (35) and the treatment tool (3). The treatment tool (3) is operated by the operation section (35). The treatment tool (3) comprises: the tip section (31), said tip section having at least one joint that is operated by the operation section (35); and a lock section (32) that locks at least one of the joints of the tip section (31).
