Abstract:
A manned spherical pressure-resistant shell welding workbench, comprising welding tool assemblies, tool wheels (14), sliding supports (15), transmission lead screws (16), and a guide rail table (17). Two sliding supports are arranged opposite to each other and at an interval, and are separately slidably connected to the guide rail table; two transmission lead screws are horizontally arranged; one ends of the two transmission lead screws are respectively connected to two opposite sides of the guide rail table, the other ends of the sliding supports respectively pass through the corresponding sliding supports and are rotatably connected to the corresponding sliding supports; the sliding supports are respectively provided with the tool wheels; two tool wheels are arranged opposite to each other and at an interval; the welding tool assemblies are respectively installed on opposite side surfaces of the two tool wheels; the two welding tool assemblies are coaxially symmetrical. The welding workbench fundamentally solves the problem that when a traditional clamp clamps a ball part, the clamping force is insufficient or the ball part falls off easily, large-size spherical shell fixing and welding are supported, and the problem of deformation during welding is solved. Also provided is a machining method of the manned spherical pressure-resistant shell welding workbench.
