Disclosed are a manual-automatic integration screwdriver and an accommodating base thereof, and a charging loop. The manual-automatic integration screwdriver comprises a shell and a screwdriver head (1) arranged in front of the shell, wherein a motor (3) is arranged in the shell, a combined mechanism (4) is arranged between the screwdriver head (1) and the motor (3), and the combined mechanism (4) enables the manual-automatic integration screwdriver to have a manual mode and an electric mode which are switched between. The accommodating base comprises a cylindrical accommodating base shell (311) and an upper cover (320), wherein the accommodating base shell (311) is provided with a screwdriver jack (351) extending in the axial direction thereof at the centre and a plurality of screwdriver head accommodating holes (352) uniformly distributed around the screwdriver jack (351). The accommodating base can cooperate with the screwdriver for charging, and can accommodate a substitute screwdriver head of the screwdriver.
