Especially, it is known that users process coffee beans with different techniques in order to capture their unique tastes. In order to brew good coffee, the first condition is to grind the coffee in the right size and homogeneously. There are many brewing methods to obtain the most delicate flavors of coffee. However, special grinding degrees are required for each brewing or cooking method, and this grinding process is performed with a coffee grinder.

The existing coffee grinders of today grind the coffee beans by moving the blades by turning the shaft at the center of the mill. The fixing of the shaft is made from only two points. The shaft rotates the blade inside the grinder. In the designs produced in this way, access to the inside of the product is blocked for cleaning. The grinding adjustment of the grinder is made by moving the inner blade up and down. Since the object is to fix the blades by placing a spring on the inner blade in order to adjust the grinding of the grinder, the options for grinding are limited. Small blade diameter increases the grinding time and also the required power.

Brief Description of the Invention

The main object of the invention is to provide the users with the capability to easily grind coffee manually without the shaft, bushing and spring mechanisms and in a way that prevents wobbling.

Another object of the invention is to configure the grinder using of a small number of parts so that it does not cause cleaning difficulties for the user after the grinding process.

Another object of the invention is to make the coffee chamber on the top wider compared to a compact structure, make the grinding degree adjustable and to make the grinding processes suitable for different coffee brewing methods.

Another object of the invention is to enable the users to perform the grinding process in a shorter time by providing rotation in a wide angle while applying circular force with the hand drive.

Another object of the invention is to ensure that the product can be used in any desired place with its compact structure.

Another object of the invention is to enable the users to use the coffee grinding process with the help of their own body forces without using any power source.

In order to fulfill the objects described above, the invention has developed a design without the central shaft, bushing and spring, which are the main causes of wobbling, in order to prevent wobbling, which is the biggest problem of manual coffee grinders. Thereby, the inner blade is kept fixed and the rotational movement is transferred to the outer blade. These changes prevented wobbling by getting rid of the spring for the step adjustment and by making the mechanism move on a path, and also provided other advantages for the invention.

With the emptying of the center, a larger internal volume is obtained than in any other grinder; this makes it easier to clean the invention after use. As the product consists of two main parts, it becomes very easy to dismantle the parts of the grinder when detailed cleaning is required. The particle setting is moved to the outer surface of the device, the steps are removed, multiple options with 1080° motion range and infinite number of adjustment options are presented to the consumer, and the setting indicator is added and marked with sequential numbering so that the adjustment places are not forgotten.

The present invention provides many conveniences with its mentioned features in order to realize all the advantages mentioned above and that can be understood from the detailed explanation below.
