Abstract:
A manual polishing device for a package design, comprising a grip (4). A cylindrical mounting chamber (10) is provided on the inner wall of one end of the grip (4). A horizontally arranged recess is provided in the middle of the grip (4). One end of the grip (4) is slidably clipped to a horizontally arranged telescopic rod (3). One end of the telescopic rod (3) is connected to a vertically arranged fixed wheel (1) by means of a bolt. A sandpaper groove is provided in the middle of the outer peripheral wall of the fixed wheel (1). The inner wall of the other end of the grip (4) is connected to a horizontally arranged drive motor (9) by means of a bolt. A polishing sandpaper (2) for polishing is configured as strip-shaped, and is driven by a drive sandpaper wheel (8) and the fixed wheel (1) of the device to continuously rotate and operate to achieve the polishing effect. One end of the polishing device is extended by the telescopic rod (3), so that the front end of the polishing device has the elongated characteristic, and it is more convenient to enter detailed positions for polishing, which improves the polishing fineness.
