Abstract:
A skill information obtaining unit (34) obtains skill information of a worker from a skill information storage unit (44) on the basis of a worker ID; a manual selection unit (36) selects a manual on the basis of a necessary skill connected to each manual and the skill information the skill information obtaining unit obtains; and a manual presenting unit (38) transmits the manual to a PC (10) side in order to present it to a worker. Meanwhile, a skill information updating unit (40) updates the skill information stored in the skill information storage unit with new skill information of the worker, which is obtained from the work history of a worker according to a manual and a reference value for updating skill information, connected to the manual.
