Abstract:
Provided is a manual variable displacement pump control system, comprising a regulator (1), a controller (2), an electric push rod (3), and a manual variable displacement pump (6). The regulator (1) comprises a regulating resistor (4) and a change-over switch (5). A regulating resistor power interface of the controller (2) is connected to the regulating resistor (4). An output of the regulating resistor (4) is connected to an analog signal receiving port of the controller (2). A forward signal output and a backward signal output of the change-over switch (5) are connected to two signal input ports of the controller (2), respectively. A signal output of the controller (2) is connected to a corresponding interface of the electric push rod (3). The electric push rod (3) is connected to a valve stem of a reversing valve (8) of the manual variable displacement pump (6). The control system is not easily damaged, and has low maintenance costs, a simple structure, and easy operation.
