Abstract:
A manufacture method of a decorative zipper comprises melting thermoplastic resin and fixing it to at least one surface of a zipper belt when the resin is hot; melting the thermoplastic resin layer and fixing functional material to the thermoplastic resin layer when the resin is hot; and cutting the functional layer and the thermoplastic resin layer along the middle line of engaging tooth on the zipper. The zipper manufactured by this method is provided with stronger adhesion force between the thermoplastic resin layer and the zipper tape, and has longer life. Various decorative materials can be connected to the thermoplastic resin layer by general methods to form various decorative zippers handily, for example, colorful fabric zipper, gold-onion powder zipper, colorful floss zipper, reflecting zipper, pattern printed zipper, fluorescence zipper, thermal transfer printing zipper, pattern zipper, etc.
