Abstract:
A manufacturing apparatus and a manufacturing method for Figaro Milan chain are provided. The apparatus comprises a base (24), a programmable controller (4) mounted inside the base, a man-machine interface (5) at the right side of the base, left and right moulds (6,8) respectively at the left and right upper part of the base, left and right hydraulic rocking arms (10, 11) above the left and right moulds, left and right feeding arms (20, 21) at the sides of the left and right moulds, left and right feeding cylinders (7, 9) connected with the left and right feeding arms, a molding cylinder (16) at the center and upper part of the base, a molding lever (23) connected with the molding cylinder, and a molding ram (15) connected with an end of the molding lever that is not connected with the molding cylinder. The apparatus and method can efficiently reduce labor cost, increase capacity of the chain, improve use ratio of the equipment, and control quality and fine product rate of the chain.
