Abstract:
Provided is a manufacturing device for a display device, the manufacturing device being capable of continuously processing steps from pixel circuit formation to light-emitting element formation. The present invention comprises: a light-emitting device manufacturing device that is capable of consecutively performing a film formation step for forming an organic EL element, a lithography step, an etching step, and a sealing step; and a manufacturing device for forming a pixel circuit that drives the organic EL element. The invention is capable of continuously carrying out formation, from pixel circuit formation to organic EL element formation, and is capable of forming a high-yield, highly reliable display device.
