Abstract:
A manufacturing device for a field pole magnet is provided with: a reference jig provided with longitudinal, width, and thickness direction reference planes for positioning a plurality of magnet pieces with the broken surfaces thereof facing each other; a longitudinal direction pressing means for pressing the plurality of magnet pieces against the longitudinal direction reference plane from a longitudinal direction in which the magnet pieces are disposed to thereby line up the magnet pieces; a width direction pressing means for pressing the plurality of magnet pieces against the width direction reference plane from the width direction of the magnet pieces to thereby line up the magnet pieces in the width direction; and a thickness direction pressing means for pressing the plurality of magnet pieces against the thickness direction reference plane from the thickness direction of the magnet pieces to thereby line up the magnet pieces in the thickness direction. The longitudinal direction pressing means is operated while pressing forth in the width direction and/or the thickness direction is made smaller than pressing force in the longitudinal direction or released, and then presses the magnet pieces in the longitudinal direction in which the magnet pieces are disposed.
