Abstract:
Disclosed is a manufacturing device for hollow particles of an artificial turf, comprising an extruding machine (1), a cooling device (2), a conveying device (3) and a particle cutting machine (4). The extruding machine (1), the cooling device (2), the conveying device (3) and the particle cutting machine (4) are connected successively. The extruding machine (1) comprises a feeding machine (11), a vacuum exhaust device (12) and a die head (13), the vacuum exhaust device (12) being connected to the feeding machine (11) via an inserting pipe, and the die head (13) being mounted on the vacuum exhaust device (12). The die head (13) comprises a housing (131), a runner (132) and a heating element (133), both the runner (132) and the heating element (133) being mounted inside the housing (131), the heating element (133) being mounted on a side wall of the runner (132), a feeding end of the runner (132) communicating with a discharge port of the vacuum exhaust device (12), a discharge end of the runner (132) being provided with a discharge nozzle (1321), and the discharge nozzle (1321) being provided with an insert block (13211). The device can directly produce hollow particles.
