Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention are a manufacturing device and manufacturing method for a pocketed spring string having a soft cushion layer, wherein the manufacturing device comprises a first encapsulation mechanism, a filling mechanism, a spring delivery mechanism, and a second encapsulation mechanism; fabric is welded by a first welding assembly of the first encapsulation mechanism to form first weld seams; the first weld seams separate the fabric to form soft material regions that encapsulate soft materials and a spring pocketing region that encapsulates springs; the soft material regions are filled with the soft materials by means of the filling mechanism; the springs are delivered to the spring pocketing region by means of the spring delivery mechanism; the second encapsulation mechanism welds the fabric to form second weld seams; and the springs are encapsulated at intervals in the spring pocketing region. Pocketed spring strings having soft cushion layers are integrally manufactured by the manufacturing device, such that labor costs can be reduced, the integrity of the soft material regions and the spring pocketing region is ensured, and the soft material regions are not displaced or detached even after long-term use. The present invention is used in the field of pocketed spring mattress production and manufacture.
