Abstract:
A manufacturing device, comprising a first connecting plate (1), a sliding rail mold core (2) being provided on the lower surface of the first connecting plate; two beveling mechanisms are provided, one at either side of the sliding rail mold core; each beveling mechanism comprises: driving rods (3) passing through the first connecting plate; the driving rods are elastically supported on the first connecting plate by means of return springs (4); a pressing plate (5) is provided above the driving rods; a sliding block (6) is connected to the lower end of each driving rod; a first guide block (7) and a second guide block (8) are respectively provided at two sides of the sliding block; a second connecting plate (9) is connected to the bottoms of the first guide block and the second guide block; a driving groove (10) inclined inward is provided on the front surface of the sliding block; a guide sliding plate (11) is provided in front of the sliding block; a guide groove (12) inclined inward is provided on the guide sliding plate; the upper end of the guide groove is provided with an opening (13) facing the mold core; a stamping head (14) is movably provided in the guide groove; a driving portion (15) is provided on the rear side of the stamping head, the driving portion being mounted in the driving groove.
