Abstract:
The disclosed manufacturing machine for composite paper tubes is provided with: a metal mandrel (2); a rolling device (19) which has a tight winding belt (3) for spirally wrapping a thin strip of a metal web (7) and a paper web (14) around the mandrel (2), and which forms a composite paper tube (17), the inner surface of which comprises the metal web (7); and a coating layer which covers the peripheral surface of the mandrel (2). The coating layer leaves an exposed region on the peripheral surface of the mandrel (2), said exposed region having gaps arranged at intervals along the generating line of the mandrel (2). The coating layer is preferably a spirally-wrapped coating tape which leaves gaps along the longitudinal direction of the mandrel.
