The purpose of the present invention is to provide a manufacturing management device, method, and recording medium for enabling visualization and display of a retention of an object and the value of said retention in the manufacturing of the object. A manufacturing management device according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: an acquisition unit for acquiring information indicating the value of a first object and start times and end times of the first object and a second object; a generation unit for generating information for displaying bands indicating a manufacturing region surrounded by a first edge and a second edge and a retention region surrounded by a first edge and a second edge; and a display control unit for carrying control for displaying the bands of the first and second objects in lined fashion. The first edges of the manufacturing region and the retention region have a length corresponding to the value of the first object. The second edge of the manufacturing region has a length corresponding to the period from the start to the end of the handling of the first object. The second edge of the retention region has a length corresponding to the period from the end of the handling of the first object to the time when the first object is used in the manufacture of the second object.
