The present invention relates to a manufacturing material position detection and correction method for an artificial tooth manufacturing device and a manufacturing material position detection and correction device for the artificial tooth manufacturing device. The present invention is characterized by: measuring, by means of a sensing part provided in a cavity part of a body part of a clamp unit, a unique frequency of the moment in which a manufacturing material comes into contact with a first tool and a second tool; when signals have been filtered and the accuracy has been enhanced, a comparison part of a control unit comparing a unique frequency stored in a basic manufacturing material data storage part; and a correction part quickly correcting reference coordinates of an artificial tooth manufacturing program in accordance with the size and the mounted state of the manufacturing material. Therefore, the present invention enhances manufacturing precision for an artificial tooth, reduces manufacturing time, prevents the first tool and the second tool from being damaged due to a tool collision when both sides of the manufacturing material are simultaneously manufactured by means of a first spindle and a second spindle, and prevents the manufacturing material from being damaged.
