Abstract:
A manufacturing method for an aluminum-clad invar steel core super thermal-resistant aluminum alloy conducting wire, comprising: S1, preparing a central monitoring unit (1); S2, stranding a plurality of aluminum-clad invar steel wires (2) on the periphery of the central monitoring unit (1) in the extension direction thereof by taking the central monitoring unit (1) as a center to prepare a reinforcing layer; S3, preparing super thermal-resistant aluminum alloy wires (3) of which cross-sections are in the shape of "SZ"; S4, enabling the super thermal-resistant aluminum alloy wires (3) prepared in step S3 of which cross-sections are in the shape of "SZ" to pass through a straightening pipe (4) for straightening the super thermal-resistant aluminum alloy wires (3); S5, enabling the super thermal-resistant aluminum alloy wires (3) straightened in step S4 to pass through a limiting device (6) for preventing the super thermal-resistant aluminum alloy wires (3) from being turned over or moved; and S6, enabling the plurality of super thermal-resistant aluminum alloy wires (3) to synchronously pass through a stranding cage, and tightly stranding the plurality of super thermal-resistant aluminum alloy wires (3) on the periphery of the reinforcing layer in the extension direction thereof by taking the reinforcing layer as a center to form a conductive layer. The manufacturing method makes the aluminum alloy wires straight and stable in the stranding process, and improves the quality of finished products.
