Abstract:
A manufacturing method for backlight device of liquid crystal display panel, employs following steps: in the first step of preparing the raw material particles before injection, 10-50 parts by weight of the inorganic particles with the diameter in range of 30nm to 3.0μm are added into and mixed with 100 parts by weight of the polycarbonate ordinary plastics particles. The inorganic particle is any one of barium sulfate particle, titanium dioxide particle, zirconium dioxide particle, or obtained by mixing any two or all three of above particles in any weight ratio. In the second step, the board of backlight in the liquid crystal display panel is formed by injecting the injection particles mixed in the first step into the injection mould.
