Abstract:
A manufacturing method based on simultaneous encapsulation of a target substance and synthesis of MOFs having redox activity, comprising: selecting methylene blue as an organic target molecule, and by means of one pot method, encapsulating the methylene blue into MOFs while synthesizing the MOFs, to obtain methylene blue-modified ZIF-8. The method solves the defect that a MOFs material has no electrical conduction capability. The method is simple, rapid, and low in costs. The prepared product can be used for detecting dopamine accurately, sensitively, simply, and quickly. A new development direction is provided for research in the fields of biological detection, chemical analysis and the like.
