Abstract:
The present invention relates to a manufacturing method for the body of a brassier using an elastic mold. The manufacturing method for the body of a brassiere using an elastic mold comprises the following steps: making a brassiere mold cup using male and female hot-pressing molds by inserting an arc-shaped elastic piece into a predetermined area between two soft polyurethane open cell type foam sheets; forming an air-permeable elastic mat mold with an air-permeable elastic mat using the male and female hot-pressing molds; and adhering an outer layer and an inner layer made of fabric to the brassiere mold cup on the air-permeable elastic mat mold, which was formed by inserting the air-permeable elastic mat mold into the female mold which has a suction functionality, and simultaneously heat molding and cutting.
