Abstract:
A manufacturing method for a composite pan, relating to the technical field of cooking devices. The composite pan comprises an inner layer (1), an intermediate layer (2), and an outer layer (3). The manufacturing method comprises: obtaining an intermediate layer, the intermediate layer being provided with a fixing part for fixing sensors (10) and flow guide spaces (22); laying the sensors between the inner layer and the intermediate layer and/or between the intermediate layer and the outer layer by means of the fixing part; and heating and stamping the inner layer, the intermediate layer, and the outer layer such that the intermediate layer in a molten state flows to and fills mounting gaps between the flow guide spaces and the fixing part. The present invention further relates to a composite pan and an intermediate layer structure of a composite pan. The configuration of flow guide spaces prevents excessive intermediate layer from flowing to sensors and squeezing connection wires of the sensors or flowing intermediate layer from dragging the connection wires of the sensors during a stamping process, thus preventing the break of the connection wires of the sensors during stamping, thereby ensuring the normal operation of the sensors.
