Abstract:
A manufacturing method of a copper clad permeability magnetic material conductor
comprises compounding a permeability magnetic material (3) and a copper material
(2) with a material composite method so as to form a copper clad permeability magnetic
material body (S1); rolling and drawing the copper clad permeability magnetic
material body so as to form a wire shape material with an even and glabrous external
surface (S2); annealing the wire shape material (S3); and coating, painting
or cladding an insulating material layer (1) on the wire shape material which
has been annealed so as to form a copper clad permeability magnetic material conductor
(S4).
