Abstract:
This manufacturing method for a glass film laminate LG comprises: a step for adsorbing a supporting glass SG on a holding surface 5 of an upper stage 2; a step for placing a resin film 8 on a supporting surface 6 of a lower stage 3; a step for placing a glass film GF on the resin film 8; a step for adsorbing the resin film 8 on the supporting surface 6 of the lower stage 3; and a step for, after adsorbing the resin film 8 on the supporting surface 6 of the lower stage 3, closely adhering the supporting glass SG held in the upper stage 2 with the glass film GF supported in the lower stage 3.
