Abstract:
An efficient diamond geological drill bit and a manufacturing method therefor. The drill bit comprises a main body (1); a threaded drill rod (4) is provided in the middle of the main body (1), and the inner wall of the threaded drill rod (4) is fixedly connected to the outer wall of a fixing cylinder (5); fixing semi-rings (6) are provided at the top end of the fixing cylinder (5), and the two fixing semi-rings (6) are symmetrically distributed on the fixing cylinder (5); fixing blocks (8) are provided at the inner side upper ends of the fixing semi-rings (6), and the top faces of the fixing blocks (8) are fixedly connected to the bottom ends of drilling teeth (7); and the bottom end of the fixing cylinder (5) is fixedly connected to the top face of a second fixing plate (3), the bottom face of the second fixing plate (3) is fixedly connected to the top end of a shock absorption telescopic rod (13), and the top end of the shock absorption telescopic rod (13) is fixedly connected to the top face of a first fixing plate (2). Shock absorption for drilling is performed by means of the shock absorption telescopic rod (13), and therefore the stability during drilling is guaranteed.
