A method is provided for manufacturing an electrical connection assembly which is provided with a wiring member and a connector and which has high connection reliability. This method involves: a step for preparing a connector (CN) having a conductor connection surface (27a) where each of multiple terminals (20) is exposed from a surface of an insulating housing (30); a step in which, while applying a tensile force to a wiring member (10), which comprises conductors arranged spaced from each other in an arrangement direction, by holding said wiring member (10) at holding positions spaced apart from each other in the longitudinal direction thereof, a connection target site of each conductor and the conductor connection surface (27a) corresponding thereto are brought into contact and connected; and a step in which said wiring member (10) and the insulating housing (30) are brought into contact with each other at a fixing position separated from the connection target site of the conductors in the longitudinal direction of the wiring member (10), and the wiring member (10) is fixed to the insulating housing (30) by melting and then solidifying a fixing part (34) of the insulating housing (30) at the fixing position.
