Abstract:
Provided is a manufacturing method for a foamed molded body, the manufacturing method comprising: a foaming step in which at least a portion of burrs serves as an undercut caught in a movable mold part when opening the movable mold part, and in a cross-section obtained by cutting a foamed intermediate body on a surface orthogonal to the direction in which the boundary between the main body part and the burrs extend, at least a portion of the burrs positioned in the vicinity of the boundary becomes narrower toward the boundary to provide a weak part at the boundary and to shape a foamed intermediate body; and a removal step in which the weak part is broken by pulling the burrs with the movable mold part to remove the burrs.
