Abstract:
Disclosed is a manufacturing method for a graphene heating chip, which comprises the following steps: (1) cleaning a fiber substrate; (2) arranging an insulating protection layer on the fiber substrate; (3) arranging a conductive silver paste layer on the insulating protection layer; (4) uniformly dispersing a graphene powder in an organic solvent to obtain a graphene colloidal suspension, uniformly covering the conductive silver paste layer with graphene by means of vacuum suction filtration, and performing drying to obtain a graphene layer; (5) uniformly dispersing a nano tourmaline powder in a nano titanium sol, then coating the nano titanium sol containing the nano tourmaline powder on the graphene layer, and performing drying to obtain a tourmaline coating; and (6) arranging an insulating protection layer on the tourmaline coating. In the present invention, the graphene layer and the tourmaline coating are combined to enhance the absorption of infrared rays by the human body, and the tourmaline coating releases air negative ions; and bioelectricity can be generated under the heating action of the graphene layer, such that the graphene heating chip prepared in the present invention has a high physiotherapy effect.
