Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention is a manufacturing method for a hub type electroplating ultrathin diamond cutting disc, comprising the following steps of: forming a layer of insulating electrophoretic paint on a surface of an alloy sheet by means of electrophoresis; removing part of electrophoretic paint on one surface of the alloy sheet by means of a laser radium carving machine to form a circular ring pattern, wherein the size of a circular ring is matched with that of an aluminum alloy hub, the circular ring forms an electroplating sand applying area, and the areas inside and outside the circular ring serve as electrophoretic paint shielding areas; performing electroplating and sand applying on the alloy sheet, electroplating liquid being a nickel-plating solution and containing diamond micro-powder, and forming a diamond layer on the surface layer of the alloy of the electroplating sand applying area; stamping the alloy sheet into an annular composite structure comprising an alloy layer and the diamond layer by using a stamping machine; corroding the alloy layer of the annular composite structure by means of strong acid to obtain an ultrathin diamond cutting disc; and bonding the ultrathin diamond cutting disc to the aluminum alloy hub to obtain the hub type electroplating ultrathin diamond cutting disc. The ultrathin diamond cutting disc manufactured by the process of the present invention is long in service life, high in finished product rate, low in production costs, and high in production efficiency.
