Abstract:
A manufacturing method for an L-shaped nut/bolt turning tool is provided with a cutting step of cutting an elongated steel pipe to obtain a predetermined length of blank (1); an adhesion step of arranging an annular member (R) having an inner diameter larger than an outer diameter of the blank (1) on an outer periphery of a tip of the blank after the cutting step and inserting a flaring male die (20) into an inner wall of the tip of the blank (1) and flaring the tip of the blank (1) to adhere the annular member (R) tightly to the tip of the blank (1); a hexagonal aperture forming step of inserting a male die (30) having a hexagonal shape portion into the inner wall of the tip of the blank (1) after the adhesion step and forming a hexagonal aperture in the inner wall of the tip of the blank (1); and an L-shape forming step of bending the blank (1) at a predetermined position thereof into an L-shape after the hexagonal aperture forming step.
