Abstract:
A manufacturing method for a laminated wood plate 1 includes a single-plate manufacturing step, a catalyst supplying step, and a bonding step. In the single-plate manufacturing step, a saccharide-containing single-plate 4 is manufactured from a plant containing saccharide. In the catalyst supplying step, a polyvalent carboxylic acid is supplied to the saccharide-containing single-plate 4 to obtain a catalyst-containing single-plate 7. In the bonding step, the catalyst-containing single-plate 7 is superimposed on both sides or one side of a core material 3, and the catalyst-containing single-plate 7 and the core material 3 are bonded through thermal compression. The saccharide-containing single-plate 4 is more easily compressed than the core material 3.
