Abstract:
A manufacturing method for a mandrel part. The manufactured mandrel part is a double-material or multi-material columnar part and can be applied to textile machinery. A first powder raw material is used as a core supporting raw material, and a second powder raw material is used as a working surface layer raw material; charging is performed according to design specification, the first powder raw material is arranged on the inner layer, and the second powder raw material is arranged on the outer layer; an interface model cylinder is arranged between the first powder raw material and the second powder raw material, and the cylinder wall of the interface model cylinder has a relief structure; the interface model cylinder can be thermally decomposed, and can be removed between the first and second powder raw materials in a degassing pre-burning or debinding manner; after the interface model cylinder is removed, the first powder raw material and the second powder raw material are respectively metallurgically sintered to form a core support and a working surface layer; a non-linear interface structure corresponding to the relief structure of the cylinder wall of the interface model cylinder in shape is formed at a sintering interface. According to the method, operation is easy and fast, powder does not need to be pressed separately, an independent operation procedure for processing the interface does not need to be added, the core support can be constructed to be solid or hollow, and application is wide.
