Abstract:
A manufacturing method for a microstructure. Additive manufacturing (3D printing) and precision machining technology are combined to manufacture a device with a microstructure. The method comprises the steps of: (1) preparing a sample piece and machining a surface on which a microstructure needs to be generated; (2) printing, by adopting 3D printing technology, metal powder on a milling path cut in the first step, so as to obtain a microstructure (5) in an initial state; and (3) machining the 3D printed structure, to obtain a microstructure meeting precision requirements, and further polishing same to improve the surface quality. The manufacturing method can overcome defects of a conventional MEMS manufacturing process and machining procedures, thereby improving the machining precision and efficiency and the quality of a machined surface, and reducing the production costs.
