Disclosed is a molded rubber manufacturing method which suppresses bubbles and incomplete filling, can fill un-vulcanised rubber into a metal mold, and is capable of effectively maintaining rubber properties after vulcanisation molding. Specifically, in the disclosed manufacturing method for a molded rubber (7) which is pulled out of a mold after the thermal vulcanisation of un-vulcanised rubber which has been filled into a metal mold (1), the space inside the metal mold (1) is divided into a plurality of regions (18a-18h), block bodies (19) are inserted into each of the plurality of regions, with the exception of one region, and thus un-vulcanised rubber is filled into that one region, with the remaining regions being filled with the block bodies (19) without any gaps, and then one of the block bodies (19) is removed, and the step for filling un-vulcanised rubber is repeated in the region which has become open, and thus un-vulcanised rubber is filled into all of the regions.
