Abstract:
A manufacturing method for a multi-layered body includes a step (1) (L flow path) in which a layered flow in which at least two molten resins are arranged in a longitudinal direction and are neighbored each other is divided half into upper and lower flows, the divided layered flows are guided in opposite directions toward a flow direction, and then the two flows are guided toward the center of the flow direction, neighbored in the horizontal direction, re-arranged, and joined together; and another step (2) (R flow path) in which a layered flow in which at least two molten resins are arranged in a longitudinal direction and are neighbored each other is divided half into upper and lower flows, the divided layered flows are guided in the directions opposite to the above mentioned directions toward a flow direction, and then the two flows are guided toward the center of the flow direction, neighbored in the horizontal direction, re-arranged, and joined together. The step (1) (L flow path) and the step (1) (R flow path) are alternately repeated in this order through at least three or more steps. With this method, layers at both ends are prevented from disappearing and layer thickness irregularity or longitudinal arrangement collapse is suppressed, enabling a multi-layered body more excellent in uniformity to be manufactured.
