Abstract:
A manufacturing method of nonstitch jeans comprises the following steps: (1) washing a fabric after inspecting, laying out, and spreading the same; (2) cutting the washed fabric into pieces of fabric having desired shapes and sizes; performing specific manual processes for jeans such as whiskering, hand sanding, grinding, embroidering and printing, and incorporating design patterns; (3) joining, in which an adhesive agent is applied to joining edges of two pieces of fabric within a width range of 2-15 mm, the adhesive agent is a composition of a hot-melt adhesive and a silicone hydrogel, the hot-melt adhesive is selected from PU or TPU, the two pieces of fabric are joined together, a flat heat press or laser radiation is employed to cure the adhesive agent, and the two pieces of fabric are bonded after cooling. Jeans manufactured using the above method have a precision of 0.1 mm, favorable smoothness, no obvious seams, an attractive appearance, and favorable wash fastness. The jeans are also machine washable and will have a good and comfortable fit after being washed.
