Title:
MANUFACTURING METHOD FOR NUCLEIC ACID MOLECULE
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2019/156020
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
A manufacturing method for single-stranded RNA comprising a step for allowing an RNA ligase to act on a first single-stranded RNA with a phosphate group on the 5' end and a second single-stranded RNA with a hydroxyl group on the 3' end to link the first single-stranded RNA and the second single-stranded RNA. The first single-stranded RNA comprises, in order from the 5' end, an X1 region and a Z region. The second single-stranded RNA comprises, in order from the 5' end, an X2 region, a Y2 region, an Ly linker region, and a Y1 region. The X1 region and the X2 region are mutually complementary nucleotide sequences of at least two nucleotide length that have the same number of nucleotides. The Y1 region and the Y2 region are mutually complementary nucleotide sequences of at least two nucleotide length that have the same number or nucleotides.
