Abstract:
A zipper tape member (311) having a male side engagement portion and a female side engagement portion on one surface of a tape in the form of an elongated band is fed out, and the portions of the male side engagement portion and the female side engagement portion are punched and removed at a predetermined interval. The zipper tape member (311) is cut between the male side engagement portion and the female side engagement portion by a cutting member (331) and is separated into a male side strip member (21) and a female side strip member (22). The male side strip member (21) and the female side strip member (22) are heat- sealed onto a substrate film (10) and a packaging bag (1) is formed by a bag maker (35). Thus, a difference in the length or tension tends not to occur between the male side strip member (21) and the female side strip member (22), so it is possible to prevent the occurrence of wrinkling when the zipper tape (2) is heat-sealed and the occurrence of defective adhesion.
