Disclosed is a method of manufacturing a polyketone hollow fiber membrane, which includes: preparing a dope solution by heating a mixture of polyketone and a diluent and thereby melting the polyketone; removing air bubbles present in the dope solution; spinning the dope solution, from which the air bubbles have been removed, through a nozzle for hollow fiber and thus obtaining polyketone hollow fibers; immersing the polyketone hollow fibers in a quenching bath to extract the diluent therefrom; and winding the polyketone hollow fibers immersed in the quenching bath and thus obtaining a polyketone hollow fiber membrane.
