Abstract:
A manufacturing method of singlecolor or multicolor plastic ground cushion capable of composing arbitrary pattern, includes: by a extruder, extrusion spinning of plastic monofilament (13, 14) from thermoplastic plastic materials on the press in a manner of hot extrusion, loading a plurality of monocolor or multicolor plastic monofilaments (13, 14) onto a tufting machine or a computerized jacquard, and then weaving the plastic monofilaments onto the base cloth (12) of the plastic ground cushion (9) according to pattern and color. The plastic ground cushion (9) with optional monocolor or multicolor pattern comprises a base cloth (12), which is made by clustering or weaving the monocolor or multicolor plastic monofilaments (13, 14) onto the base cloth (12) of the plastic ground cushion (9) according to pattern and color by a tufting machine or a computerized jacquard.
